 We provide private dog walking, drop-in pet sitting for all types of animals, medication administration, and more. Our services may include feeding, fresh water, walks, litter box cleaning, playtime, attention, mail retrieval, plant watering, and trash disposal. 


 Our experienced team has worked with a variety of animals, including dogs, cats, fish, reptiles, livestock, birds, and even exotic pets. If you have a special pet or unique needs, let us know—we're happy to accommodate! 


We proudly serve Fort Myers, North Ft. Myers, Babcock Ranch, and Lehigh Acres. If you’re outside these areas, feel free to contact us to discuss options. 


 In-home care keeps pets in a familiar environment, reducing stress and separation anxiety. It eliminates exposure to illnesses and potential conflicts with other animals, providing your pet with comfort and safety while you're away. 


 Yes! We do our best to accommodate last-minute or urgent requests. While exact timing may vary, we will prioritize your needs and ensure your pet is well cared for. Additional fees may apply for short-notice bookings. 


 We accept cash, checks, Venmo, Zelle, and credit cards. Payment for ongoing weekly services is due on Fridays, while vacation services require payment prior to your departure. 


 Yes, additional fees apply for major holidays and three-day weekends. We’ll inform you of any applicable charges when you book. 


 Yes, we can administer oral, topical, and certain specialized medications as long as your pet is cooperative. Please let us know about your pet’s medical needs when booking. Additional fees may apply for complex routines or specialized care. 


  • Drop-In Visits:
    Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit to avoid charges. Same-day cancellations made after 7:00 AM on the day of the visit will be charged the full cost of the visit.
     
  • Holidays:
    Cancellations for holiday bookings require 72 hours’ notice for a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled visit will result in a 50% charge, and cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged the full amount.
     
  • Emergency or Last-Minute Requests:
    We will do our best to accommodate emergency or last-minute requests, but please note that cancellations for these bookings will be charged the full visit cost if canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled time.
     

This policy ensures fair compensation for our team members, who adjust their schedules to accommodate your needs, while allowing us to provide exceptional care for your pets.
